Welcome to Spin Panorama. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and 360° panorama hosting services. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Spin Panorama provides a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for uploading, hosting, and customizing 360° panoramic images and virtual tours.
2. Free Trial Period
Duration: Every new user is entitled to a one-time 30-day free trial.
Access: During this period, you will have access to all features to evaluate the service.
Transition to Paid: If the subscription is not canceled before the end of the 30th day, your account will automatically transition to the paid "Pay As You Go" plan, and your registered payment method will be charged.
3. Billing and "Pay As You Go" Model
Minimum Monthly Charge: The base subscription fee is ₹199 per month. This is a non-refundable minimum charge required to keep your tours active and hosted.
Storage Quota: The base fee includes 200MB of storage.
Overage Charges: If your total stored data exceeds 200MB, you will be charged an additional ₹1 per MB used beyond the quota.
Calculation: Overages are calculated based on the peak storage used during the billing cycle.
Price Adjustments: Spin Panorama reserves the right to modify plan charges and storage rates in the future. Users will be notified via email at least 30 days prior to any price changes taking effect.
4. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew every month on the anniversary of your sign-up date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Dashboard.
Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After this, your hosted tours may be disabled or deleted. It is the user's responsibility to back up their data prior to cancellation.
5. Content Ownership and License
Your Content: You retain all copyrights to the images and data you upload to Spin Panorama.
Service License: By uploading content, you grant Spin Panorama a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your designated viewers.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Spin Panorama to:
- Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property.
- Upload "Adult Only" or pornographic material.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform or bypass storage limits.
- Distribute malware or malicious code via hotspots or links.
7. Limitation of Liability
Spin Panorama is provided "as is." While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruptions caused by service outages or account suspensions due to non-payment.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail to clear outstanding overage balances within 7 days of the billing date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
