We collect information to provide a better experience and to manage your storage billing accurately.

• Personal Identification Information: Name, email address, and phone number provided during registration.
• Billing & Transaction Data: We collect your GST number (if applicable) and billing address. Note: All payment processing is handled via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay/Stripe). We do not store your credit card or UPI credentials on our servers.
• Uploaded Content: We store the 360° panoramic images, floor plans, and metadata (hotspot text, links) you upload.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and "usage data" (how many times your tours are viewed and how much storage they occupy).

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To host and render your 360° tours and provide access to the editor.
• Storage Management: To calculate your monthly usage and overage charges (₹1 per MB beyond 200MB).
• Communication: To send you technical alerts, trial expiration reminders, and billing invoices.
• Security: To detect and prevent fraudulent activity or unauthorized access.

• Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of the images you upload. Spin Panorama does not claim any rights to your content.
• Visibility: By default, tours are set to the privacy level you choose. If you set a tour to "Public," it can be indexed by search engines and viewed by anyone with the link.
• No Commercial Resale: We will never sell your images or content to third parties for advertising or any other purpose.

• Active Accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active.
• Trial Accounts: If you do not transition to a paid plan after the 30-day trial, your uploaded images may be deleted from our servers after a 60-day grace period.
• Account Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, your data will be queued for deletion. You may request an export of your data before closing your account.
• Backup Data: Residual copies of deleted data may remain in our encrypted cloud backups for up to 30 days before being fully purged.

We use cookies to:

• Keep you logged in across sessions.
• Understand which features of our platform are used most frequently.
• Provide a seamless experience in the 360° viewer.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the SaaS may not function correctly.

We only share your information with trusted partners necessary to run our business:

• Cloud Infrastructure: (e.g., AWS or Google Cloud) for hosting your images.
• Payment Processors: To handle your ₹199 monthly subscription and overages.
• Analytics Providers: To help us track platform performance and bugs.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information:

• SSL Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted.
• Access Control: Only authorized employees have access to the backend systems for support purposes.
